The system now calls the next agent on this list why happens to be Frank. But Frank's voice mail is full.
Let's assume somewhere down the agent call list, Robert finally gets the lead and accepts it. So Robert calls the lead but the consumer expected to get a call from Alice and expresses their bewilderment at not getting a call from her. This is called the Agent Merry Go Round and anyone would understand why the consumer might be a bit miffed if they SEE a pictture of Alice but some other agent called Robert calls instead.
I think you get the idea now. This is what happens when you design a lead management system withoug talking to REALTORS and consumers. Stupid Simple 360° Virtual Tour Kits Voyager has survived the death of many other firms that once provided virtual tour optics and do it yourself virtual tour kits. EGG Solutions -- the once darling French-based company is no longer operating in the United States. When Realtor.com gave a few thousand REALTORS® the boot when they shut EGG down in 2005, Voyager was there to pick up the pieces. We restored links to Realtor.com same day for many hundreds of pissed off Realtors. We did it again last year when iPIX went bankrupt.

IDX 2.0 is Here. Cevado, PlanetIDX, MIS Inc, iHomes and the local Wired folks all have okie-dokie first generation IDX MLS Gateways. Voyager took a look at what you wanted and we came up with the first major improvement to the IDX in more than five years. In late Spring 2007, Voyager introduced IDX 2.0 and Pargin Realty was the first to sign up. Click here to have a look. Video Virtual Home Tours Video was a bit too early for real estate marketing a few years ago. That's just one of the reaons why firms like UCIT.com went bankrupt. Today, you can post your videos for free on YouTube but your run the risk of offending your listings because kids can post some rather tasteless comments about your video for the wholw world (including your listing) to see.
