Internet Explorer: Download Java Runtime Environment (JRE)

Microsoft every once in a while does something to make all of our lives complete miserable when it comes to watching Java content on certain websites.

If you've experienced the dreaded RED X (missing photo, missing graphic) in any virtual tour page you've visited, do not despair. It's isn't your photographer's fault. Microsoft likes to sneak in micro-updates to your computer all the time.

Not too long ago, they did this and well, their update wiped out the previous settings you had saved in your Internet Explorer Options area. So if you're not seeing virtual tours and other Java-based content like you did a few days ago, here's how to make the fix manually.

Open your TOOLS item from your menu. Select OPTIONS. Click on ADVANCED Tab, and make SURE all of the check boxes look like the one show here.

IMPORTANT: YOU MUST RESTART YOUR COMPUTER FOR THESE CHANGES TO TAKE EFFECT.
