Internet Explorer: Download Java Runtime Environment (JRE)

Many new PCs do not come with the latest version of the JRE installed. This is easily fixed by going here.

Once you've downloaded and installed the latest and greatest version of the JRE, you have to restart your PC. Yes, really. once that is done, your JRE should be automatically checked off in the Tools - > Options menu in Internet Explorer.

If this still doesn't work -- meaning you still cannot see any Java virtual tours in your PC, then your Internet Security may be set too high.

To check this, go to Tools - >Options in Explorer menu. Then select Security, click the ADVANCED Tab, and look for your settings. HIGH MEDIUM LOW. We suggest you set your Security for MEDIUM or LOW.

If this still doesn't work, then we suggest you forget trying to use a PC and buy a Macintosh because we cannot help you anymore on solving your Java issues on your PC. Buying a Mac will be much better for you and the new Macs are Intel based. Now you can choose to run either the Macintosh OS or Windows XP Home or Professional edition. Imagine all of this on just one computer.
