Voyager's Back Office has been completely reinvented from the ground up. Voyager's RECON team spent two years in the field visiting some of the top real estate franchises and observed how REALTORS cobbled together their own marketing suite with as many as ten different products or service firms.
Not one agent we visited said they enjoyed hopping from one web screen to another but from their view point... they didn't have much of a choice. REALTORS jumped from Top Producer to Point2Agent. Then, they logged into Settlement Room to set up a showing appointment, then bounced over to Advanced Access to change the price on one of their listings. Then back to Microsoft Outlook to look up a showing date and confirm a telephone number. Next most would bounce over to RealTourVision, CirclePix or Obeo to upload a few new photos for a listing, then we watched them paste the link to their showcase listing in Realtor.com. The last thing they did was check for any new leads on Cartus LeadRouter.
